Planner Addict: My Current Planner Collection

I've been meaning to write this post for a while but you know how it is, posts pile up and things get put on the back-burner; alas my planner addict post is finally here. I'm not going to show you inside my planners just yet, I intend on doing separate posts for each one, but I will tell you what I use them for and why I use three.

If you're reading this and thinking, 'what could she possibly use three planners for?' I'm about to tell you. 

My A5 Filofax, my baby, my unicorn planner, is my 'everything' planner. In this is have a horizontal week-on-two-pages which I decorate each week with stickers and coloured pens. I write all my appointments (I have quite a few), anything I need to do that week, and track my social media stats. I also keep track of bills and any online purchases I make; as well as favourite websites (mostly Etsy stores), discount codes, passwords and wish lists. 

This planner is also my blog planner. I have a month-on-two-pages calendar which I use to organise my blog posts - I also decorate this because I like it to look cute. I then have my post ideas separated into categories (beauty, lifestyle, disability), any sponsored posts I need to write up, images I have to take, and websites I use for my blog - Canva, Pixlr etc. 

Each section is parted by cute tabbed dividers that make everything easier to find.

My A5 coral planner is my health planner. Once again this has plenty of dividers, and contains a list of all my medical conditions, as well as medication I'm taking. I keep track of any new symptoms and things I think might be a side effect to the drugs I'm on in my health planner. I also use this planner for 'worry time' to help with my mental health, and write my 'done list' in here, so I can check how productive I've been. A 'done list' is something I've found particularly helpful on days I've felt like I've wasted due to my chronic illness as it shows me how much I've got through during the day. Finally, my Websters Pages planner; I use this more as a notebook and as it's smaller than the other two I have it in my bag in case I need to write something down when I'm out and about (lol, I'm hardly out anywhere). I have a month-on-two-pages in this planner to keep track of where I should be and any appointments I have, and it also has shopping lists and things I need to pick up when I'm out. I'd mostly say that this planner is for brain dumps; there's lots of note pages and full of scruffy handwritten ideas.

I've still convinced myself I need more planners but we won't get into that now. I like the ring-bound planners more than notebooks/journals because you can easily add and remove pages, and they're completely customisable.

  1. I just can't let go of my Erin Condren planner. It's been a life saver. I am really wanting to get into using cute little stickers etc. I love you have the health planner. I especially need to write all of my medications. I'm on 26 and with the fog I can't remember that many and the dosage. I need to look into getting a second one for that. It would also be able to write down notes immediately after or to write questions I need to ask. Such a great idea. Where can I find cute stickers?
