June #Paperhaul Stationery Subscription Collection

The June #Paperhaul arrived today and I knew I had to photograph it and show you all immediately as it's so bloody beautiful. Yes, in today's heat I sat with my camera taking these pictures because I'm so dedicated...I also felt guilty because there was no new content up today and I always post on a Monday. Anyone else just completely unmotivated when every part of you is sweating?

Anyway, when the collection fell on my doorstep and I saw the bee theme, I instantly thought of my friend Elle, as she's all about dem bees. I kind of wish I hadn't shown her and just sent her some happy mail but she'll no doubt read this anyway...

I'm going off on a tangent, apologies.

June's theme is bees. It combines black and gold with subtle blush pink, and I personally love these tones (if you know me, you'll know black is my favourite colour, followed closely by pink, so it was meant to be). I also really like the 'queen bee' references as it's quirky, modern and cute. Even though the colour palette doesn't exactly scream Summer, I still feel like it's perfect for June, and especially arriving on a day like today where it's a scorcher.
