Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/ME and Getting Through Festivities
Are you excited for the next few weeks or dreading it? If you suffer with a chronic condition I can guarantee you'll be worrying about so much more than buying the right present for your uncle Dave or getting the turkey in the oven on time.

The Plus Size Leopard Print Edit
*Disclaimer: This post contains PR samples
Since my new love of fashion has materialised, so has my obsession with animal print; more specifically, leopard print. I can't get enough of it. It's definitely on-trend at the moment and I find it really easy to style.

The Outfit That Made Me Feel Like Me Again
If you haven't already noticed, I have been sharing a bit of fashion on here and quite a lot on Instagram and am really enjoying it. I never thought I would get here, posting full-length photos of me but I'm glad that I have.

November Favourites
I feel like I blinked and November came and went; anyone else feel that way? Christmas is just around the corner and I have a few presents but still have lots to buy; I'm not stressed. Yet.

An Introduction to Access Your Life: The Review Site for Mobility Aids
*Disclaimer: This post is sponsored
Who knew finding the right mobility aid would be so stressful? Unless you're going through the process, it doesn't even cross your mind. And yet, it's so frustrating and time-consuming. There's absolutely nowhere that you can find reviews of disability products, there's no one-stop shop to find out if something is good or awful, so who do you turn to when you need that kind of advice?

The Curve Fashion Festival 2018: The Good, The Bad, And The Really Poor Accessibility
Over the weekend I went to my first ever fashion festival in St George's Hall, Liverpool. I was on home turf. I travelled the four hours a few days before to stay at my parents so I could recover from the drive and spend some time with my family.

The Must-Have Knit from Yours Clothing
*Disclaimer: This post contains PR samples
I've recently found a new bill of confidence and am dipping my toe into this whole fashion thing and really enjoying it, which is something I never thought I'd write. So with that I thought I'd share a must-have item you absolutely need to add to your wardrobe this winter.

October Favourites
The chill has well and truly set in and although I love being cosy, love A/W fashion and would happily welcome dark days for the foreseeable, I forgot just how much the cold aggravates my bones. But enough about that. This month I couldn't pick more than three faves; I've been using the same products, haven't tried many new things and didn't want to force pick five for the sake of my post when there was nothing else I've been loving.

Chronic Illness and Living The Pyjama Life with Yours Clothing
*Disclaimer: This post contains PR samples
I am very vocal about how much I love pyjamas. If you know me at all, if you've read any of my bios or spoken to me briefly, I'll tell you that I live the pyjama life. I own more pjs than actual clothes and if it was acceptable to wear them outdoors, I definitely would.

13 Favourite Shops for Dog Accessories
Teddy is my little furbaby and I love buying him new toys and treats, but most of all, I love buying him cute accessories. He currently has quite a few bandanas and bow ties, and I'm always looking for more.

September Favourites
*Disclaimer: This post contains PR samples
Welcome back to the cold weather, oh my days how I have missed you; my joints not so much but I much prefer the chillier months. I'm a winter baby after all. I should probably start buying Christmas presents soon though, that always creeps up on me. Has anyone bought any yet?

How Our Dog Helps Our Mental Health
Teddy has been a part of our lives for almost four months
and it seems like he’s been with us forever. As much as both Ian and I adore
him and couldn’t imagine life without him, he’s done so much for both of us
that it’s incomprehensible.

The Ultimate Medical App - Evergreen Life Review
As someone that is very attached to their phone, I have an app
for most things; photo editing, banking, bill tracking etc. But I’d never found
one for my health that was truly worthwhile. They either didn’t do enough, underperformed
or crashed when I input my extensive medical history. When I heard about
Evergreen Life my interest peaked and I wondered whether it’d deliver exactly
what I wanted…It did, and so much more.

It Cosmetics CC Cream and Bye Bye Under Eye Concealer Review
It Cosmetics arrived in Boots the other month and I was desperate to get my hands on these two products as I'd heard nothing but amazing things about them. We popped into Liverpool when I went home last month and there was an It Cosmetics counter, with a fab offer on, so I couldn't resist.

August Favourites
I can't tell you how happy I am that there's a chill in the air. This week I got the blankets out and got cosy; we even turned the heating on because it got that cold. And I've never been happier as I bloody hate summer; and I'm buzzing to see the back of that heatwave. Laters eyebrow sweat. Hello candles and cosiness.

'But Have You Tried...?' 30 Cures for Chronic Illness (Not to Be Taken Seriously)
*Disclaimer: Don't take these cures seriously
Disabled/chronically ill/mentally ill people are constantly bombarded by unsolicited, unwanted advice on our health. We can be talking about absolutely anything, not mention our condition and someone will pipe up with a 'but have you tried...?' There will always be someone that has never heard of your condition miraculously come up with a cure for it. They're everywhere, these miracle workers, these healers. I've met so many and yet, I'm still disabled. Funny that.

Dream A Little Dream: How The Leesa Mattress Helped My Chronic Pain
*Disclaimer: This post is sponsored and contains affiliate links
Have you ever wondered who these people are that talk about getting a decent nights sleep? I've never been able to relate. Sleeping for me has always been a problem, even as a child. My chronic pain seems to intensify as soon as I get snuggled up in bed and as much as I love being all cosy, I can't always relax and hardly ever wake up feeling well-rested.

The New Puppy Checklist
If you've been living under a rock and paying zero attention to my life lately you might not know that WE HAVE A PUPPY! Teddy is four months old, he's lived with us just over two months and he's my little fur-baby-sweetheart-angel-face. There's a few posts about him on here and he has Instagram so go check him out for daily pupdates.

July Favourites
Similar to last month I have not worn a lot of makeup recently, it's way too bloody hot and I'm just not about to take the time to apply products for them to melt off. I did however wear some last week when I went up to Liverpool to watch Bianca Del Rio with my bestie and luckily I didn't look like my face was slipping off. Again, hair stuff has been my most commonly used items, so this post is heavily hair based.

13 Things I Didn't Think I'd Have To Do With a New Puppy
Don't you always hear lovely things about new puppies? How adorable they are. How loving they are. How happy they are whenever you come back into a room. Puppers are all kinds of gorgeous, and as a huge doggo person, I absolutely adore all dogs, big and small, but people never tell you about the other stuff.

Accessorise with Jord Wood Watch & Giveaway
*Disclaimer: This post contains PR samples
If you've followed me and/or read my blog for a while, you'll know I'm not into fashion, I'd happily live my life in pyjamas or lounge clothes for the rest of days but one thing I do love is accessories. Rings, earrings, bracelets, watches; I can't get enough. So when JORD Wood Watches got in touch, I was very excited. I'd seen their unique timepieces on Instagram and was impressed with how attractive they were.

June Favourites
This heatwave has meant I've worn little or no makeup for weeks; I tried, it slipped off my face, I felt rank and I wasn't about the sweaty, wicked witch of the west, melting look. Therefore this is the first time in three years that my monthly favourites has included less than five products. I've not wanted to try anything; I've not wanted to move away from my fan, to be honest.

Teddy Pupdate | Why The Bloody Hell Won't My Puppy Sleep at Night?
Teddy is now 13 weeks old, he's our little ray of sunshine and has brought a lot of happiness into both mine and Ian's lives. We're both pretty much besotted with him; as you'll see from both of our social media accounts (mine, Ian's), he's literally all we talk about. Despite the all-encompassing love we have for our adorable diddy doggo, we were tired af for quite a few weeks. And as someone with chronic fatigue syndrome, I'm used to being tired, but our pooch pushed me to a level I never want to go back to.

What's #YourIndulgence and scentaddict
*Disclaimer: This post contains PR samples
Is there anything more exciting than a box of beauty products arriving at your door when you least expect it? For me, there's not much else that beats it. But when two boxes turn up, you know it's going to be a good day. In all the excitement, I actually brushed my hair, too.

Shit I Say with Brain Fog #4
Brain fog is something I experience daily, probably hourly, if not more. I'm much worse of an evening, especially after I've taken my nighttime meds. A combination of pain, fatigue, medication etc means that I have cognitive impairment that means I often talk a lot of nonsensical bullshit. I am very lucky that my boyfriend can often decipher what I'm trying to say or finish my sentences for me.

May Favourites

I've been trying out a bunch of new hair products this month and some I'm absolutely loving and others can go in the undecided pile, so no doubt next month there'll be a few more hair goodies but let's get over May first.

What To Expect When You're Expecting....A Puppy
If you hadn't guessed already, or you don't follow me absolutely anywhere (erm why don't you?) then you might not know that WE'RE GETTING A PUPPY! Theodore comes home to live with us on Thursday and to say we're excited would be the biggest understatement ever. We met him three weeks ago and he's the sweetest little guy. I can't wait for endless cuddles and lots of fun.

Life Lately: Cosmopolitan, Cockapoos and Catastrophising
My blog turned three earlier this month and I completely forgot all about it; I'm pretty bad with dates as it is so I'm not really surprised that I missed it. So happy blog anniversary to me! Anyway, I thought I'd write a little life update post as it has been a while.

IPL Hair Removal At Home with SmoothSkin Bare
*Disclaimer: This post contains PR samples
I have wanted to try a laser hair removal product for ages but I never have a spare two-hundred quid lying about to be able to afford it. Then SmoothSkin* got in touch and I was all about giving it a go. I had no experience of using a device like this before so was intrigued to how it would work and whether it was going to hurt; as someone with chronic pain, I wasn't about to start inflicting myself with pain all for some smooth legs. Albeit, it doesn't hurt at all. Not one bit.

Self Care Scents and 5 Spring Fragrances feat Gucci Bloom Acqua Di Fiori
If I haven't mentioned before (I totally have, in fact I've probably written it far too many times), I am a total perfume lover. I used to have at least forty in my collection and would wear a different one each day; extra, I know. Now, I tend to gravitate towards certain notes and have a handful of favourite fragrances that I adore.

April Favourites
I feel like I was only complaining that January lasted for fifteen years a few weeks ago but we're already in May, what the hell? Unlike my one brand favourites last month (it was all Becca Cosmetics if you fancy checking it out), I tried out quite a few new products in April and I could have added quite a few others in here but I like picking five for some reason.

Wheelchair Accessible Vehicles: The Demonstration and What To Expect
The other week I had a demonstration for a wheelchair accessible vehicle (WAV) because my current situation is no longer working for me. I currently have a Citroen Berlingo with a hoist that lifts my powerchair into the boot. However, it requires a lot of bending and a lot of messing about with carabiner clips. Now, I'm someone that suffers terribly with their hands and I have been unable to use my hoist independently for well over a year. My boyfriend comes everywhere with me so my powerchair can get in and out of the car; he even accompanied me for a coffee date with a friend, but waited in the car. As much as I appreciate him doing that, he really shouldn't have to.

Is This the Demise of the Blogging Community?
I've been in two minds about sharing this post as it has been sat in my Drafts for quite some time. But after Vix Meldrew questioned the blogging community on Twitter the other day, and encouraged me to share it, I thought I might as well bite the bullet.

March Favourites feat Becca Cosmetics
I don't think I have ever had a monthly favourites that was solely dedicated to one brand, until now. I bought a whole bunch of Becca Cosmetics and used them for the majority of March; not only did I love them but thought it only fitting that they takeover my faves.

Orla Kiely Range at Blue Badge Company
*Disclaimer: This post is sponsored
Blue Badge Co. bring personality and creativity to the usual, mundane products for disabled people. There's not a lot of products that are not only functional but also look great in the home, and you will always find something unique at Blue Badge Co. Their new range with Orla Kiely is no different. It is incredibly pretty and I am extremely grateful to have received some items to try out.

Beauty Travel Essentials with World Duty Free
Unfortunately I have nowhere to travel anytime soon, as much as I would love to, but when World Duty Free asked if they could send me some goodies, I couldn't say no. And, I mean, look at what they sent me, your girl was a little bit (a lot) buzzin'.

My Worth is Not Determined By My Mentions
It was International Women's Day the other week and people all over social media were doing shout-outs for women they admired; be it their friends, women who are excelling, or simply their family members. I wrote a very general tweet that didn't tag anyone because I have such a bad memory that I didn't want to miss anyone out, but also because I just didn't want to leave anyone off.

My Journey with Photography and Finding My Style
For as long as I can remember I have loved taking photos. I have no special story about being given my first camera as a child and teaching myself how to shoot in manual or anything like that; I just used to play around with family members cameras and buy disposable ones whenever I went out with friends because I liked capturing memories.

February Favourites
We're almost two weeks into March and I am finally showing off what I was loving in February. I seem to be late a lot lately and massive apologies, my motivation is at an all-time low but I'm trying to get back into things. As well as my rebrand, which I'm loving, I'm changing up my photography style. I have a whole post on that coming this week but do let me know what you think of the above pic.

Benefit BADgal Bang! Mascara Review
The Benefit BADgal Bang! mascara landed on my doorstep the day it released and I must admit, I had no idea it had been launched as I've not been spending a lot of time online lately...No, I don't know who I am either. However, there was a huge unveiling, some of the gigantic beauty gurus went on a trip and there was controversy with the pics Benefit posted.
